Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Active RN license eligible to practice in Wisconsin.
• Current BLS/CPR certification, or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice.
• Administer medications, IVs, and treatments safely and according to hospital policy.
• Assess patient needs and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with physicians and members of the care team to support positive patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families to promote recovery and continuity of care.
• Respond promptly and professionally to patient needs.
• Recognize and respond appropriately to emergencies and life-threatening situations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healing patient environment.
• Participate in quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support the orientation and training of new staff and nursing students as requested.
