Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Unit - Days
About The Position
Munson Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse for its Medical Surgical Unit. The nurse provides compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team, assesses and monitors patient conditions, documents progress, administers medications and treatments according to care plans, and communicates with patients, families, and team members. The role also supports quality improvement initiatives and adherence to safety standards. This is a full-time, day-shift position with a 34.5-hour weekly schedule consisting of three 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and an every-other-weekend rotation. The position is eligible for a $9,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year employment commitment; terms and conditions apply. Munson Healthcare requires employees to have vaccination or lab-confirmed immunity for measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella, and to receive an annual flu vaccine or have an approved medical or religious exemption.
Requirements
- Licensed RN in the State of Michigan.
