About The Position

Requirements

  • Current Minnesota RN license.
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
  • A passion for caring for older adults.
  • Ability to lead with compassion and work collaboratively.
  • Commitment to upholding our mission, values, and resident-first approach.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, person-centered nursing care.
  • Complete assessments and develop care plans.
  • Monitor conditions and administer medications and treatments.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care.
  • Guide, mentor, and support nursing assistants and team members.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and families.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
