We are seeking Full-Time Registered Nurses to join our team at Heritage Manor Nursing Home. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising the daily activities of nursing assistants to ensure the highest quality of care. You will also demonstrate an understanding of and embrace the mission statement of Christian Health. Our interdisciplinary team includes a Medical Director, On-Site Physicians, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Geriatric Nurse Practitioners, Certified Nursing Assistants, Dietitians, Physiatrists, Psychiatrists, Social Workers, Chaplains, and Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists, working together to create individualized care plans that address residents' physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- New Graduate Nurses welcome to apply.
- Demonstrates compliance with the CH ASPIRE Standards of Performance.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct nursing care to residents.
- Supervising the day-to-day activities performed by nursing assistants to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
