Registered Nurse - Med Surg - Day Shift

About The Position

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to Med/Surg patients as part of a collaborative nursing team. Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress; administer medications and treatments according to care plans; communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members; and support quality improvement initiatives and adherence to safety standards. This is a part-time day-shift position with a 24-hour-per-week schedule consisting of two 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with an every-other-weekend rotation. The position is eligible for a $4,500 sign-on bonus with a two-year employment commitment; terms and conditions apply. Employees must be vaccinated or have lab-confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella, and must receive an annual flu vaccine or have an approved medical or religious exemption.

Requirements

Licensed RN in the State of Michigan.
Vaccination or lab-confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella.
Receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
