Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin
- Minimum of one year of RN experience in a healthcare facility
- CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Strong clinical, leadership, and critical thinking skills
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable in different care settings
Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate nursing care to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assess and monitor patient conditions; report and document changes accurately
- Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other staff to ensure quality care delivery
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain a safe, compassionate, and professional environment for residents and staff
