About The Position
Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking Registered Nurses in Madison, WI, offering flexible scheduling to accommodate individual needs. They provide nurses with the ability to design their own schedules, whether for extra shifts, income supplementation, or longer-term block bookings. Immediate start is available for this position.
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin
- Minimum of one year of RN experience in a healthcare facility
- CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Strong clinical, leadership, and critical thinking skills
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable in different care settings
Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate nursing care to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assess and monitor patient conditions; report and document changes accurately
- Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other staff to ensure quality care delivery
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain a safe, compassionate, and professional environment for residents and staff
