About The Position

We are currently seeking a compassionate and driven Peritoneal Dialysis Registered Nurse (PD RN) to join our home therapies team in the Flint area. As a PD RN, you will train and support patients to perform their dialysis treatments in the comfort of their own homes, building strong, long-term relationships while enjoying a consistent weekday schedule! Schedule: Monday – Friday. No weekends! Location: Based out of Flint, with travel to other nearby PD clinics around the Flint area as needed to support patient care.

Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
Flexibility and willingness to travel to nearby PD clinics in the Flint area as needed.
A team player who brings a positive, "All for One" attitude to the clinic.

Responsibilities

Train patients and their families on how to safely and effectively perform peritoneal dialysis at home.
Manage the ongoing care of home therapies patients, including regular clinic visits, monitoring vital signs, reviewing labs, and adjusting treatment plans under the guidance of the nephrologist.
Work closely with Dietitians, Social Workers, and other care team members to deliver high-quality, individualized care.
Develop strong, caring relationships with patients, acting as their primary clinical contact, coach, and advocate.
