Registered Nurse Telemetry
About The Position
The Registered Nurse on the 4th Floor Telemetry provides direct, comprehensive nursing care from patient admission through discharge. The nurse reviews and documents care, outcomes, and evaluations, and follows professional standards of care. The role applies evidence, professional standards, and best practices to bedside caregiving through critical thinking, experiential evidence, and evidence-based practices. The nurse prioritizes care based on changing patient assessments and needs. This is a part-time position with a 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. schedule and a 15% shift differential. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered to external candidates.
Requirements
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ADN) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Kentucky.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Obtain Crisis Prevention within 6 months of hire.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
