About The Position

Broadstep Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team at the Kingstree Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF). This facility provides specialized care to children and adolescents with behavioral health needs. The Registered Nurse (RN) will play a critical role in delivering and coordinating medical and psychiatric care for these residents. They will collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program
• Active, unrestricted South Carolina RN license
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Nice To Haves

• BSN
• Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, residential, or long-term care settings
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
