About The Position

Serve as a cross-functional RN resource across OR, IR, PACU, and inpatient units at the Neuro Spine Center, ensuring seamless patient transitions throughout the care continuum. Support clinical teams with room setup and turnover, coordination of call teams, post-procedure recovery assistance, and hands-on support wherever needed. Implement and monitor patient care plans, document and communicate patient status, and execute physician and nursing orders. Coordinate multidisciplinary care and discharge planning to promote safe, efficient, and well-organized patient outcomes.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
