Requirements
- Active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
- If possessing an active temporary practice permit, must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within one (1) year
- Must be able to perform essential job functions
- Must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements

- At the time of appointment to a position, you must show proof of possession of a current, valid PA temporary practice permit or PA Registered Nurse license.
- Successful completion of basic training in Elizabethtown, PA is required.
Responsibilities
- Check vital signs, administer medications, and perform treatments according to clinical direction
- Assist individuals with daily living activities and provide hygiene and restorative care
- Provide first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), automated external defibrillator (AED) care, and urgent medical assessments during emergencies
- Review medical records, document services, and prepare reports for transfers or releases
- Sterilize equipment, manage inventories, and maintain adequate stock levels
- Attend required trainings and stay informed about policy and procedure updates
