About The Position

The Geriatric Services Program Registered Nurse is a competent clinical practitioner assisting individuals, groups and families with health care needs ranging from uncomplicated to complex and rapidly changing status. As a professional, the Geriatric Services Program nurse demonstrates a caring approach which reflects and incorporates geriatric expertise. This position is part of an interprofessional team working with multiple disciplines. The incumbent will adapt and practice within the assigned service streams of the program, some independently, on-site and in the community: in-reach, outreach, day program and clinics. Requirements

  • Registered Nurse license
  • Upload all relevant documents (ex: certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position.
  • Valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) dated within six (6) months and including a vulnerable sector search to be brought to the interview.
