RN / Registered Nurse - Home Health - $5K Sign On Bonus
About The Position
Adoration Home Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide expert, patient-centered care in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The role serves patients in the Chattanooga coverage area and offers a full-time Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Home health experience is required. The position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Home Health RNs provide one-to-one care in patients’ homes, assess and monitor patients’ needs, develop care plans in accordance with physician orders and patient goals, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team. Nurses also educate and support families and caregivers, maintain timely documentation, and participate in the local branch’s on-call rotation as required. Requirements
- Registered Nursing degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing.
- Current unrestricted nursing registration and license in the state of practice and state of residence.
- One year of nursing practice in a patient-care setting.
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy.
- Current CPR certification.
- Home health experience is required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in geriatrics or other related settings is preferred.
- New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Create home health care plans aligned with physician orders and patient goals.
- Direct nursing care, including administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
- Provide pain and symptom management.
- Educate and support patients’ families and caregivers.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Participate in the on-call rotation as required by the local branch.
