About The Position

As a Registered Nurse, you will help ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of residents. You will assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor and record vital signs and medical information, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. You will also provide nursing interventions such as wound care and oversee and guide Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nurse Assistants. Requirements

Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
Interest in the nursing needs of aged and chronically ill people, with the ability to work with both.
Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery.
Oversee and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care.
