Registered Nurse (RN) - FT Baylor Night Weekends | St. Luke's Rehab
About The Position
PAM Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time Baylor night-weekend role at St. Luke's Rehab. The position requires 36 hours of weekend work in 12-hour shifts and pays for a standard 40-hour work week. Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer/Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, or Charge Nurse, the RN uses the nursing process to deliver, direct, and supervise care for patients admitted to the nursing unit. The nurse plans, coordinates, and provides patient care, including interdisciplinary and discharge planning, patient and family education for post-hospitalization, and access to community resources. Other related duties may be assigned or requested, including Charge Nurse duties. Requirements
- Current registered nurse (RN) licensure in the state where the hospital is located, or compact licensure if the state participates.
- Current BLS certification.
- AHA-approved BLS and ACLS certifications are required within 90 days of employment.
- Current ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses.
Nice To Haves
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Use the nursing process to deliver, direct, and supervise care for patients admitted to the nursing unit.

- Teach patients and families about post-hospitalization care.
- Access community resources for patients.
