About The Position

Saint Mary's Regional Health System is seeking a PRN Cath Lab Registered Nurse for day shifts. The RN provides compassionate, expert care to patients throughout cardiovascular procedures, working with physicians and the care team to deliver safe, high-quality care. The role includes assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and supporting patient comfort and safety in a collaborative clinical environment.

Saint Mary's Regional Health System is part of Lifepoint Health. Its 170-bed acute care hospital in Russellville is a Level III Trauma Center and has served the community for over 100 years. The hospital holds the Joint Commission Accreditation Gold Seal of Approval.

Requirements

• Active Arkansas or compact-state RN license; relocating nurses must update licensure to their new Primary State of Residence before employment begins.
• Associate's degree required.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Critical-thinking skills and decisive judgment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Nice To Haves

• One year of previous experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
