About The Position
Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Infusion & Skilled Nursing Visits | North Houston & The Woodlands, TX Use Your Clinical Expertise to Deliver More Personalized Care At BrightStar Care, we believe exceptional nursing care happens when clinical excellence meets meaningful patient relationships. As an RN providing home infusion and skilled nursing visits, you'll help patients receive high-quality care in the comfort of their homes while supporting their independence, recovery, and overall well-being. In this role, you'll provide skilled nursing visits and infusion therapy tailored to each patient's unique needs. You'll perform comprehensive assessments, administer treatments, manage vascular access devices, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and ongoing care needs. Your expertise will help patients safely receive complex care while improving health outcomes.
Requirements
- Active Texas nursing license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong peripheral IV skills
- Experience with infusion therapy
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a home care setting.
Nice To Haves
- Experience managing PICC lines, ports, midlines, and other vascular access devices.
