LVN Home Care Nurse | The Woodlands, TX & Surrounding Areas
About The Position
At BrightStar Care, we believe exceptional nursing care goes beyond clinical skills. As an LVN Home Care Nurse, you'll provide one-on-one care that helps patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Every visit is an opportunity to make a lasting impact while building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. You'll work closely with physicians, caregivers, and the clinical team to deliver individualized nursing care tailored to each patient's needs. You'll assess patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and communicate important changes in condition to ensure the highest quality of care.
Requirements
- Active Texas LVN license
- Current in-person CPR/BLS certification
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Active auto insurance
- Recent TB test or chest X-ray
- At least one year of nursing experience in home health, a clinic, or another healthcare setting
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care
