About The Position
BrightStar Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with strong infusion skills to provide advanced home-based care in Kingwood & Humble, TX. This role involves delivering personalized nursing care, allowing patients to receive complex treatments safely and comfortably in their own homes. The RN will build meaningful relationships and utilize clinical expertise to improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities include conducting nursing assessments, administering infusion therapies, monitoring patient progress, educating patients and caregivers, and communicating changes in condition to the healthcare team. This position offers the opportunity to practice advanced nursing skills with flexibility and autonomy, collaborating with physicians, pharmacists, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
Requirements
- Experienced Registered Nurse with strong peripheral IV insertion skills.
- Experience providing infusion therapy.
- Excellent assessment and communication abilities.
- Comfortable working independently.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PICC lines, central venous lines, midlines, peripheral IVs, and Port-a-Caths.
