Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Oncology
About The Position
Valley View's Calaway Young Cancer Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Medical Oncology team. The role is a day-shift position with a four-day workweek and no weekends or holidays. A $10,000 retention bonus is offered in two installments: $5,000 after one year of employment and $5,000 after two years; some internal candidates may not be eligible. The position includes an annual bonus based on organizational and individual performance. Valley View seeks nurses who combine compassionate care with clinical expertise. Requirements
- BSN in Nursing preferred.
- Colorado RN license or ability to obtain one.
- BLS (AHA) card in hand.
- Oncology Nursing Society Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Card, or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
- Two years of oncology experience preferred.
- Experience in acute care, specific patient populations and diseases, and use of the ECOG and Performance Status scale.
