About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. This travel position involves working night shifts and is intended for nurses looking to gain experience in a dynamic environment. The role is located in North Hills, Pennsylvania, and requires availability from 7 PM to 7 AM. It offers an opportunity to support patients during recovery as part of a caring and supportive rehabilitation team.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes in patients’ conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
