About The Position

BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses to provide one-on-one home care to local clients in Minnesota, with a focus on Rochester. Nurses care for clients of all ages and acuity levels and receive clinical support, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth. The position offers flexible scheduling, with daytime and overnight shifts available in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour blocks. There is no weekend requirement. Full-time, part-time, and PRN arrangements are offered; PRN nurses must work a minimum of two shifts per month.

BAYADA serves communities across Minnesota, including the Twin Cities metro areas, Rochester, Faribault, Winona, St. Cloud-area communities, Duluth, the Iron Range, and Moorhead. The company provides personalized paid training, including SIM labs, onboarding designed around the nurse’s availability, 24/7 clinical support, ongoing mentorship, and electronic charting through Cubhub.

Requirements

• Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home care to clients of all ages and acuity levels.
• Deliver patient care to local clients in Minnesota.
• Use Cubhub electronic charting to document care.
