About The Position

BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to support local clients with 1:1 home care nursing in North Carolina. The role offers flexible scheduling, personalized training, a supportive culture, and the opportunity to make a lasting difference in a client's life. RNs will travel to one client home near them on a chosen schedule, follow doctors' orders, perform assessments, monitor client conditions, and document observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Requirements

• Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

Benefits

• $28–33/hour in North Carolina (depending on commitment and shift)
