Registered Nurse - PCU Float
About The Position
The Registered Nurse will work in the PCU Float Pool on night shifts for 36 hours per week. This is a float-pool role and may require floating to another OSU-affiliated hospital. No commute is required to the alternate hospital, which is approximately a 5–6 minute walk away. Weekend work may be required. Candidates need at least one year of experience. First-time travelers are considered, but candidates with only one year of experience will not receive auto offers; their profiles must be reviewed by the manager. EPIC experience is required, as are BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications. Required skills include IV starts and telemetry. Agency staff may purchase parking permits through CampusParc. Options listed include a WMC Agency Permit, WB Permit, and CXS Permit; costs and availability are subject to change under CampusParc policies.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- NIH certification.
- IV start skills.
- Telemetry skills.
- EPIC experience.
