About The Position
These positions will be hospital float pool staff and will be expected to float throughout the hospital including the Emergency Department, ER hold, Medical Surgical, Telemetry, & Stepdown/PCU. The float pool staff must be flexible to facility scheduling, and no schedule requests can be accommodated. Locals are accepted at the same rate.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Must be flexible to facility scheduling.
- Must be able to float within facility/scope of practice (ED included).
- Must be available to work every other weekend.
- Must be available to work holidays as assigned.
- Must achieve full compliance to start on time.
- RTO (Release to Orientation) max 7 days.
Nice To Haves
- Unit does not accept first-time travelers.
Responsibilities
