About The Position
Mountain View Post Acute is hiring a Registered Nurse in Ellensburg, Washington. RNs use their clinical skills to care for residents, guide a caring team, and build relationships with residents and families. The role involves assessing residents; planning, carrying out, and reviewing care; passing medications and treatments; managing IVs, wound care, and other skilled needs; supporting LPNs and CNAs; recognizing changes in residents’ conditions; coordinating with physicians and the care team; maintaining accurate EHR documentation; and partnering with residents and families on care and recovery. New graduates are welcome, and skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care experience is a plus. The position offers pay up to $60 per hour, depending on experience, and full benefits for the employee and family, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles.
Requirements
- Current Washington RN license.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong clinical judgment, good communication, and a team-first attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
