About The Position
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Health Care Services industry, you will provide high-quality patient care and support the well-being of individuals in healthcare settings. Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong clinical assessment abilities.
- Effective communication skills for patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple patients.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to respond to changing patient needs.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in acute care or specialty areas.
- Certification in a nursing specialty, such as Critical Care or Psychiatry.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and document medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
