About The Position

The Registered Nurse delivers high-quality medical services and wellness therapies, educates clients, and works with the studio team to support client safety, positive outcomes, and studio growth. The role combines clinical expertise with a client-focused approach in a fast-paced wellness environment.

The nurse administers IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, and other medical services; provides individualized education; maintains medical documentation and regulatory compliance; and helps maintain a safe, clean studio. The position is part-time, based in Albuquerque with occasional work in Santa Fe, and is scheduled 1 to 3 days per week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in an acute care setting, such as ER, ICU, or Med-Surg.
• At least 1 year of experience administering high-volume IVs and injections.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day.
• Customer-service orientation and ability to work independently.
• Passion for delivering excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, and other medical services accurately and professionally.
• Build rapport with clients and create a safe, welcoming environment.
• Educate clients about therapies, benefits, and best practices.
• Work autonomously while collaborating with the studio team to achieve shared goals.
• Recommend services aligned with client needs to support membership plans.
• Assist with off-site nursing events and community outreach programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in client EMRs.
• Ensure compliance with medical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and compliant studio environment.
