About The Position
PruittHealth @Home is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Episode Assessment Coordinator for home health services. This remote PRN role is open to candidates who live in South Carolina, North Carolina, or Georgia and hold an active ICD-10 certification. The nurse provides evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with company policy and individualized care plans, completes documentation accurately and on time, follows policies and procedures within the scope of practice, and maintains continuity of patient care in a home care setting. PruittHealth describes its home health team as supporting patients in their homes and offers career support that includes flexible schedules, preceptorship, and hands-on training.
Requirements
- Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
- Must have an active ICD-10 certification.
- Must live in South Carolina, North Carolina, or Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized care plan.
- Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Follow established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice.
- Maintain continuity of patient care in a home care setting.
