About The Position
Hartford HealthCare at Home is seeking a Baylor Homecare Registered Nurse to join an experienced multidisciplinary team. This 24-hour position provides skilled services to patients in the community, working either Friday, Saturday, and Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Using a person-centered care model, the RN provides skilled nursing care to clients in home and community-based settings, ensuring outcome-based, high-quality, cost-effective care. The role collaborates with team members to achieve exceptional outcomes. Requirements
- Registered Nurse license to practice in the State of Connecticut.
- Graduate of an associate's or diploma program in nursing.
- One year of nursing experience.
Nice To Haves
- Graduate of an NLN-approved BSN program.
- One year of nursing experience in a specialty, medical/surgery, or home care.
- Computer skills.
