About The Position

Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join its compassionate care team. The role travels to multiple facilities within a designated Benedictine region as needed, providing care and working with associates and residents. Requirements

• Hold a current state RN license in good standing.
• Have the organizational skills needed to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• Travel within a designated Benedictine region and provide care at facilities as required or needed.
