About The Position

Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float to travel among facilities within a designated Benedictine region and provide care as needed. The RN joins the float team and works with associates and residents to support Benedictine’s reputation for caring for people’s loved ones.

Benedictine and its ministry partners are a not-for-profit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica. Requirements

• Hold a current state RN license in good standing.
• Possess the organizational skills needed to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• Travel within a designated Benedictine region and provide care at facilities as required or needed.
