Registered Nurse - Step Down, Med-Surg

About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) Hospital uses the nursing process and standards of nursing care to deliver patient care, manages assigned personnel, and promotes collaboration among allied services. Graduate nurses are encouraged to apply and must become licensed within 90 days of employment. The role is based in Step Down, Med-Surg. Pay is $34.96–$50.72 per hour, with actual pay based on years of RN experience. External hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and are subject to a two-year work commitment.
Requirements
- Graduate nurses are eligible and must become licensed within 90 days of employment.
- Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
- Current CPR certification and ability to maintain certification.
- Must successfully complete ACLS and PALS within 12 months of hire or transfer and maintain certification thereafter.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience requirements, if applicable, must be based on experience as a Registered Nurse.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
