About The Position

INTEGRIS Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Renal Med Surg team at INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This is a full-time, night-shift position with a weekend-only schedule. The Staff Registered Nurse manages and delivers patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation. The nurse may be required to float to other units or participate in on-call status, and must meet population-specific competencies and applicable National Patient Safety Goals. The role reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president. Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Other certifications and competencies as required based on the service line.

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver patient care using the nursing process.
Assess and reassess patients.
Develop plans of care.
Implement appropriate patient care interventions and evaluate their effectiveness.
Document patient care.
Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients, as assigned.
Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate.
Float to other units if required.
Participate in on-call status if required.
Adhere to applicable National Patient Safety Goals and population-specific competencies.
