About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Room assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care using the nursing process, and supervises individual patient care. The nurse directs co-workers and delegates appropriate tasks in the implementation of care. All duties are performed in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines.

This is a night-shift position from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The schedule includes a commitment to five weekend shifts within a six-week schedule. Holiday coverage may also be required.

Requirements

• Associate degree in nursing.
• Valid license to practice in the State of Ohio.
• CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and facilitate efficient resolution of issues.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Independent decision-making skills.
• Strong critical-thinking skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
