About The Position
As a night shift nurse in our skilled nursing facility, you will provide hands-on patient care and build meaningful resident relationships. You will administer medications and treatments, monitor residents and respond to changes in condition, and supervise CNAs and support team success. Additionally, you will assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning, and ensure safety and infection control standards are met. This is a mission-driven role focused on resident-centered care, not corporate-driven quotas, within a faith-based, nonprofit community.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Ability to work independently and lead during night shift
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- A genuine passion for caring for seniors
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
