About The Position
Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center, a 118-bed skilled nursing facility in Natick, MA, is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) for the night shift. This role involves providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising the daily activities of nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards for high-quality care. The facility has a long-standing reputation in the MetroWest community for quality care and features modern updates and a state-of-the-art short-term rehabilitation unit and therapy gym.
Requirements
- Must possess at minimum, a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
- Must have a current, unencunbered RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
- At least two years of RN work experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior Supervisor experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to assigned residents.
- Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
- Ensure all nursing activities are in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times as required by the Director of Nursing.
