About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of the patient care team, providing direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in assigned areas. The RN assesses patients upon admission, gathering relevant medical history and information about current medical status, vital signs, laboratory work, x-rays, and other diagnostic tests using appropriate interview techniques. The RN also participates in planning and implementing a comprehensive care plan under the supervision of a Physician.

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire RN License or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• Ability to perform standard assessments using basic equipment.
• Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination sufficient for medication administration.
• Ability to meet established standards of job analysis.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
• Membership in a professional nursing organization.
• Certification in a relevant specialty.
