About The Position

Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality, one-on-one skilled nursing care to clients throughout Hunterdon County, NJ. We are actively hiring RNs for private-duty home care assignments in Flemington, Clinton, Readington, Lebanon, High Bridge, Lambertville, and surrounding Hunterdon County communities. We offer opportunities designed to fit your schedule, whether you are seeking full-time, part-time, per diem, or supplemental hours.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey RN License
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Home care experience preferred but not required
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills
• Reliable transportation strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing services in the home setting
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding care plans and treatment goals
