About The Position
The Registered Nurse in the 3 North Tower Medical Surgical unit is responsible and accountable for providing direct, comprehensive nursing care to patients from admission through discharge. The nurse reviews and documents care provided, patient outcomes, and evaluations of care; follows professional standards of care; prioritizes care according to changing patient assessments and needs; and maintains ongoing communication with physicians and other hospital departments. This is a part-time position working 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. External candidates are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ADN) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Kentucky.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of hire.
- Obtain Crisis Prevention certification within 6 months of hire.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
