Registered Nurse - Women & Peds - Midnights - 24 Hours
About The Position
The Registered Nurse provides compassionate, patient-centered care in a women’s health, pediatric, and postpartum setting. Using the nursing process, the RN assesses patient needs, develops individualized care plans, implements interventions, and evaluates outcomes. The RN collaborates with the healthcare team to promote optimal outcomes and a positive patient experience. The pediatric and postpartum services support newborns and their families. Care includes comprehensive medical care for infants, children, and adolescents, including acute illness management and specialized treatments. Postpartum care supports mothers’ recovery through medical monitoring, pain management, breastfeeding support, emotional wellness screening, and newborn-care education. The team emphasizes collaboration, family-centered care, evidence-based practice, and ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
- One year of Med Surg experience is required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Pediatric or postpartum experience preferred.
Responsibilities
