Registered Nurse (RN) - Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU)
About The Position
HSHS St Vincent’s Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The role provides nursing care for critically ill babies and support for their families in a family-centered care environment. The ideal candidate is patient-focused and mission-driven and applies clinical knowledge to patient care. This is a full-time position scheduled for 36 hours per week on nights, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., including every third weekend. The position is based at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, Wisconsin. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is available to candidates with at least two years of NICU experience. Pay ranges from $37.50 to $56.50; actual pay depends on relevant experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.
Requirements
- A nursing bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience is preferred.
- A license in the state of practice is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification.
- At least two years of NICU experience qualifies candidates for the stated sign-on bonus.
