Registered Nurse - PCU
About The Position
Registered Nurse position in the PCU/Telemetry department at a short-term acute care facility with 379 staffed beds and a Level II Trauma Center designation. The nurse may float between units. The expected patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:4. On-call is not required. Weekend work is required: six weekend shifts per six-week schedule. Block scheduling is not required, and 48 hours are approved. Licensed nursing personnel must wear solid navy blue uniforms or scrub attire; scrub tops may have colored piping, but print tops are not acceptable except in the specified Children's Hospital units. Free parking is available in unrestricted spaces in surface lots marked “Employee/Visitor Parking.”
