About The Position
Colonial Vista Post Acute is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse in Wenatchee, Washington. The RN uses clinical skills to care for residents, guide and support the nursing team, and build relationships with residents and families. The position includes assessing residents and planning, carrying out, and reviewing care; administering medications and treatments; managing IVs, wound care, and other skilled needs; identifying changes in residents’ conditions; and documenting care in the EHR. RNs collaborate with physicians and the care team and partner with residents and families on care and recovery. Requirements
- Current Washington RN license.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong clinical judgment, good communication, and a team-first attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care experience is a plus; new graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents and plan, carry out, and review their care.
- Pass medications and treatments, and manage IVs, wound care, and other skilled needs.
- Lead and support LPNs and CNAs on the shift.
- Identify changes in residents’ conditions early and work with physicians and the care team.
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation in the EHR.
- Partner with residents and families on care and recovery.
