About The Position

As a DaVita Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate, professional dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting while ensuring patients’ safety, comfort, and wellbeing. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team of clinicians, and applying critical thinking to solve problems and support patient care.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
• Basic EKG interpretation skills.
• At least 2 years of experience with acutely ill patients; ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience is preferred.
• Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• CNN certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status.
• Assess and troubleshoot clinical situations, and respond appropriately.
• Educate patients and build meaningful relationships with them.
