About The Position
Concordia Hospice Of Washington is seeking a dedicated and personable Hospice RN to join our team and provide compassionate care to patients and families during this significant time in their lives. As a Hospice RN, a crucial role is delivering personalized care that focuses on comfort and quality of life.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably with experience in palliative care, hospice, or oncology.
- Adaptability, compassion, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities
- Continuously assess the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients, developing individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments, focusing on pain management and symptom control to improve the patient's quality of life.
- Be a trusted resource for families, providing education about the disease process, care options, and end-of-life decisions, while offering emotional support.
