About The Position
Ascension at Home together with Compassus is hiring a Registered Nurse to support the Metro Milwaukee area. The RN provides patient-centered care and uses AI-powered documentation tools to record clinical information, such as vital signs and pain levels, efficiently and accurately. The technology is intended to streamline documentation and compliance workflows, reduce after-hours charting, and allow more time for hands-on care and personal priorities.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- At least one year of nursing practice or equivalent experience.
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state or states of employment.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient assessments and monitor health status.
- Use AI tools to streamline clinical documentation and support hands-on patient care.
- Ensure compliance with care plans and regulatory standards.
