About The Position

Mercy Health is hiring new graduate registered nurses for St. Joseph Warren Hospital. Candidates should be recent graduates of an accredited nursing program who have completed the requirements to obtain a nursing license, or nursing students in the final semester of an accredited program with a set graduation date. New graduate nurses participate in the GROW Strong RN New Grad Residency Program. The program aligns its content with QSEN competencies and ANCC Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) requirements. Rolling enrollment allows nurses to begin within 30–45 days of hire. Specialty Clinical Practice Tracks provide hands-on skills practice, and the condensed program can be completed in 6–8 months. The talent acquisition team will coordinate interviews with appropriate units and locations. Weekly hours and work shifts vary by location and role. Weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation is required according to department policy.
