About The Position
Join a dedicated long-term care team as a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment working 12-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM with 36 guaranteed hours per week and every other weekend required. The RN will provide compassionate, patient-centered care to long-term care residents while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support quality outcomes and exceptional resident experiences. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of RN Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
- Active Michigan RN License required
- BLS Certification (AHA) required
- Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills required
- Experience caring for geriatric and long-term care populations required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills required
- Ability to work every other weekend required
Nice To Haves
- Previous Michigan LTC fingerprinting preferred
